Perfect for hot days when the sun is glaring and you need to keep a cool seat while you float, the Hangout Chair is submerged in the rear with a floating upper half to give you the ultimate in-water Adirondack-chair experience. Your seat is supported by a PVC sling so that it never feels like a balancing act when you’re floating (looking at you, pool noodles!).
At the end of the day, nothing beats a chair that can float IN the water. We used to get asked all the time if our Aero Chairs could float. And while technically they do, they’re not made for all-day in-water sittin’. So naturally, we felt compelled to make the Hangout Chair.

How durable is the chair?
We take pride in our products being extra tough, so enjoy with confidence. Don't worry about scratches and dings because the military-grade PVC skin is virtually indestructible. The inner core of our AeroBOTEs has tens of thousands of composite fibers that connect the top and bottom halves of the board and when under pressure create solid board rigidity.
Does the back rest come off the seat?
The back rest does not come off, but it does adjust itself to your movement. If you are looking for a more relaxed position, your seat will match your body.
How many valves does this have?
It has two valves, one for the arm rest, one for the back rest.
How long does it take to inflate?
About 3-5 minutes.
Can this be used in salt water?
Yes, all BOTE products can be used in salt water, please rinse with fresh water and clean after every use, same applies for pool water. Please keep the little silicon pearl bags that come with it, it helps to keep the moisture away when packed up.
